Customer Service Apprentice

Up to £9,380 a year – Full-time

We are looking for a positive and fun individual to join our team as an apprentice within a busy Estate Agent. The driven individual will be expected to provide a high level of service at all times to clients and must be able to work efficiently. We are a vibrant team with a relaxed approach and we are looking for someone to help grow our expanding team. Experience is not essential as full in house training will be provided and apprenticeship programme via Catch22.

  • Answering enquiries by phone and email
  • Registering applicants Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements
  • Greeting clients entering the office and assisting
  • Sending out property details to applicants
  • Booking viewings
  • Administration duties including, but not limited to:
  • Entering tenants’ details onto relevant internal systems
  • Forming legal tenancy paperwork
  • Filing
  • Ensuring client database and records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Liaising directly with the Vendors, Landlords and Tenants
  • General office administration
  • Administration of utility letters and Council tax forms
  • Arranging the release of keys to contractors, and booking these back in when returned
  • Instruct works (both reactive and planned maintenance) when requested
  • Instruct safety certificates when requested
  • Liaise with contractors regarding status of ongoing works and returning keys
  • Preparing paperwork for daily appointments
  • Franking the post
  • Printing and stamping of invoices

Up to £9,380 a year

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
