As a Property Management Co-ordinator you will hold a pivotal role in the day to day running of our growing Property Management department.
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong administration skills to join our Property Management team. This is a problem-solving role which requires a driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. If you have worked in a similar fast-paced Property or Facilities Management role, this could be the ideal position for you!
The Property Management Co-ordinator role is an office-based position and the individual must be able to work closely within a team. The driven individual will be expected to provide a high level of service at all times to both Landlords and Tenants, and must be able to work efficiently. You must have very strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise their workload.
On a daily basis you will be predominantly troubleshooting and progressing reported maintenance issues from our managed Tenants ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will be instructing and working closely with a team of approved contractors to ensure that works are carried out efficiently and to the required standard. You will also be working closely with our Landlord clients to ensure that their properties are being maintained to a high standard, overseeing compliance at their properties and provide any further support required as part of our managed service.
Completion of the Level 3 ARLA Residential Lettings and Property Management Technical Award is required within the first 18 months of employment. This is a great opportunity to further your industry knowledge!
A driving licence is not essential but would be beneficial.
Working hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. The individual will be required to operate an on-call phone evening and weekends 1 in every 6 weeks.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
