Based from our Jesmond office on Osborne Road, our dedicated property management department manages over 600 properties, and provide a full management service to our landlords and tenants. This includes check-ins and check outs, coordinating repairs, periodic inspections and arranging safety certificates. Our property management team deal with deposits and any associated disputes, and are experienced in handling these matters.
This department specialises in licensable and non-licensable HMO properties and ensuring that they are compliant. Our accounts department are a contact point for both landlords and tenants, and can provide help and advice with any rent or arrears related queries. With increasing legislation affecting landlords, our Property Management department provides expert knowledge and advice on this, as well as ensuring tenants are also supported with any tenancy queries.
