- How do I contact you for maintenance requests? We have a Report A Repair portal on our website. All maintenance must be reported by tenants via this portal. Our Property Management Coordinators will then arrange necessary works to be carried out, as per the Landlord’s agreement.
- Where is my deposit held? We secure your deposit with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme). It is held here throughout your tenancy and any potential disputes will be calculated and rectified at the end of your tenancy upon your check-out of the property.
- Will my property be inspected throughout my tenancy? Yes, if your property is a part of our managed portfolio. We conduct inspections, which we will notify you of in advance, as a way of assessing the property and helping to ensure the standard is up to scratch throughout your tenancy.
I am a Vendor…
- How quickly can you launch my property to the market? We can launch your property to the market as quickly as within 48 working hours from the point of instruction.
- Where will my property be marketed? We launch your property digitally across our website, Rightmove, Zoopla and social media, in due course. We will also market the property within our high street office, located in Jesmond.
