As we look back on the past quarter of a century, we want to acknowledge some of the many long serving members of the team

Pat Robson & Co. was co-founded by Pat Robson and Tim Nixon in May 1998. This year, we are very proud to be celebrating 25 Years of Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. As we look back on the past quarter of a century, we want to acknowledge some of the many long serving members of the team, who have helped drive the success of the business and made it what it is today.

Tim Nixon: Co-Founder & Director
Celebrating 25 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Tim has been at the core of the business over the past 25 years and remains very much an integral part of the company. He is our primary Valuer and brings an unrivalled level of knowledge of Newcastle and the property sector. With over 35 Years experience in the industry, he is the ‘go-to’ guy for all property matters and is happy to advise landlords, vendors and purchasers on their property requirements. A keen property developer, Tim also has a passion for interior design and has recently undertaken a large renovation project. If you need some inspiration or advice, then Tim is more than happy to have a chat to help visualise your next move or your dream home.

Lorna Banner: Senior Accounts Manager
Celebrating 23 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Lorna has been at Pat Robson & Co. since 2000 and has been at the heart of our Accounts department ever since. Lorna’s knowledge and experience is one of the reasons we have such great relationships with our many clients. There isn’t a lot that Lorna hasn’t seen or been involved with over the past 23 years and she continues to help drive the department forward.

Phil Robson: Director 
Celebrating 16 Years at Pat Robson & Co. 

Phil joined the company in 2007 and since then has worked with Tim Nixon and the rest of the team to continue to expand and develop the business to what it is today. His background in working for both national and international companies within other industries has given him a profound knowledge of what it takes to move businesses forward on an organisational level. Working endlessly behind the scenes, Phil continues to drive the company to achieve success and provide the highest service level to clients.

Nick Clennell: Director
Celebrating 13 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Having previously had a successful management career with M&S, Nick joined the business in 2010. He started within the Lettings department and then went on to play an integral role in the development of the Property Management department, helping grow this to one the largest in the area. Nick started his career as a Property Manager, moving quickly into the Head of Department position leading the team. He is now a Director of the company and oversees the day to day running of the business, ensuring the company reaches its objectives and remains a market leader across Sales, Lettings and Property Management.

Katherine MacGregor: Director 
Celebrating 12 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Katherine began working at Pat Robson & Co. in 2011, joining the company as a Lettings Negotiator. Having previously worked for an Estate Agent before joining the team, she already had a very good knowledge of the industry and hit the ground running. Katherine soon became Head of Department and continued to help develop the business across both Sales and Lettings. Now a Director of the company, Katherine continues to drive us forward, most recently undertaking a large software development project, rolling this out across the company.

Danielle McEntee: Assistant Manager 
Celebrating 11 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Danielle joined the company in 2012 from University. Over the past 11 years, she has undertaken a variety of roles within the Sales & Lettings departments, developing a broad skill set and a level of experience that is unrivalled. Danielle is currently our main Sales Progressor and looks after our vendors and buyers throughout the sales journey. Danielle is extremely diligent and is a real asset to the company.

Tania Hayhurst: Assistant Head of Sales & Lettings 
Celebrating 10 Years at Pat Robson & Co.

Tania is our Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings and looks after all aspects of both departments to ensure that they are all running smoothly. She started her career with the Company in 2013 as a Junior Negotiator and is an extremely hard working and dedicated member of the team. Throughout her career with Pat Robson & Co. she has worked tirelessly to continue to help improve the experiences of our clients and she expects nothing other than exceptional customer service from her team.
