We are so confident in our ability to find tenants for your property we offer a NO LET – NO FEE service to all prospective Landlords who instruct us to market their property. Whether you have been a Landlord for many years, are new to the industry or are just considering your options, we have the expertise across our team to find the right Tenants for you.
Our Tenant finder service includes:

Our team excels in negotiating with prospective Tenants to secure optimal terms and performs thorough referencing checks to ensure reliable tenancy agreements.
We handle all legal tenancy paperwork and coordinate key handovers at our office for added convenience. From the initial rent collection to setting up direct debit arrangements with your Tenants, we manage the entire financial process seamlessly. We offer regular rent reviews to optimise your rental income and perform daily payment runs for prompt rent collection. In cases of arrears, our dedicated team proactively chases late payments and manages arrears professionally. At the end of the year, you’ll receive an annual income and expenditure statement for your records. We liaise with your chosen contractors, handling communications and key releases to external parties as needed. For properties requiring HMO licenses, we manage the completion and renewal of applications on your behalf.
