Meet the Team

Tim Nixon

Director

Tim founded the company with Pat Robson in 1998, and has over 35 years experience within the industry. He is our primary valuer and has an unrivalled knowledge of the Newcastle property market, what Tim doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing! Tim also turns his hand at property development in his spare time and has a serious eye for interior design. He is the ‘go-to’ guy for all property matters and is happy to advise both landlords, vendors and purchasers on their property requirements. Tim is a member of both ARLA and the NAEA.

Katherine MacGregor

Director

Katherine started her career at Pat Robson in 2011, having previously worked for a national Estate Agent, and following the completion of a law degree. She became a Director in 2019 and has helped develop our Sales & Lettings department to become the market leader in the area. Katherine has driven forward the communications side of the business and ensures that our internal systems and processes run smoothly, her attention to detail is second to none. Katherine is one of our Valuers, is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Nick Clennell

Director

Nick started his journey with Pat Robson & Company in 2010 after a successful career in the retail sector. He has been instrumental in the development of the Property Management department which he has grown to become what is widely known as one of the best in the area, and places a strong emphasis on customer service within Pat Robson & Company. He now oversees all aspects of the day to day running of the business. Nick is a Fellow of ARLA having completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Phil Robson

Director

Phil joined Pat Robson & Co. in 2007 and has since played a key role in the company’s growth and continued success alongside Tim Nixon and the wider team. With experience gained from working within both national and international organisations across a range of industries, he brings valuable insight into business development and operational management. Phil is also committed to ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements within the property industry, helping to introduce some of the best systems and technology available to enhance the service provided to clients. Working largely behind the scenes, he continues to drive the company forward while maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer service. He is a Fellow of ARLA and holds both Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Charlotte Reay

Head of Sales and Lettings

Charlotte is our Head of Sales and Lettings, and joined the team in 2015 with a wealth of experience having worked for both a national estate agent and a more local agent previously. Charlotte is very much a ‘people person’ and ensures our busy branches run smoothly, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. She is a member of ARLA and completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and also holds a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management.

 

 

Laura Young

Head of Property Management

Laura joined Pat Robson & Company in 2016 after gaining her First-Class Honours degree in Estate Management. Laura delivers exceptional customer service and prides herself on her efficient working practices. Laura is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. In October 2019, Laura was awarded the Propertymark Qualifications ‘Rising Star of the Year’ award. We are very proud that Laura has been recognised by our regulatory body.

Tania King

Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings

Tania is our Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings. Tania joined the team in 2013, having originally started with us as a Negotiator after graduating from Northumbria University with a degree in Media and Journalism. She has a keen eye for detail and provides excellent customer service. Tania is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Gabrielle Young

Assistant Head of Property Management

Gabrielle joined the team in early 2026 supporting the senior management team as Assistant Head of Property Management. Gabrielle has nearly 10 years working in property management, including a long period spent abroad looking after international clients. Awarded First Class Honours in International Business Management and a MBA in Hospitality Management she adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Pat Robson & Co. team.   

Emma Flecknell

Client Relationship Manager

Emma is our Client Relationship Manager and has been a valued member of the team for 7 years. Progressing from Assistant Head of Property Management, Emma has developed extensive knowledge across the business. With a people-focused approach, Emma is dedicated to building and retaining strong client relationships, supporting the continued growth of the company through new business opportunities and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Emma is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Hannah Allport

Marketing Manager

Hannah is our Marketing Manager and oversees all our marketing campaigns, social media sites and paired business partnerships. Hannah joined the team in 2022 having achieved an Honours degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion, then gaining valuable experience working for a large furniture company. She has an excellent eye for detail and is always looking for new opportunities to support the growth of the business.

Doug Pittman

Photographer

Doug provides the professional photography for the properties that we market. He is very much a member of the team and always brings a great energy to our offices. Having discovered his passion for photography over 16 years ago, Doug enjoys capturing the ‘soul’ of the subject of his photos. When he is not behind the lens, he is out and about exploring the North East!

 

Danielle McEntee

Senior Sales Progressor

Danielle is our Senior Sales Progressor and has a real skill for building relationships with clients. Having joined Pat Robson & Co. from University in 2012, she has built up a wealth of knowledge during her time with us. Danielle has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and is currently working towards the Residential Sales qualification.

Cameron McIlduff

Senior Negotiator

Having always lived in the North East, Cameron has started his career in the property industry with Pat Robson and is relishing the opportunity to meet with clients and source the best properties for them. In his spare time he is a keen footballer, and can often be found playing for Newcastle Benfield. He has completed his Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Ellie Madden

Negotiator

Ellie joined our Sales and Lettings team with a degree in Business Management. She combines an understanding of business operations with a genuine passion for property. She is already committed to helping purchasers, vendors, landlords, and tenants navigate the property market with confidence and clarity. Ellie has a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail. Ellie is working towards the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management and in her spare time enjoys playing Hockey for a local team.

Samantha Lee

Negotiator

Samantha Lee joined our Sales and Lettings team as a Negotiator, bringing with her a strong background in both retail and recruitment. With excellent customer service skills, a people-focused approach, and experience building lasting client relationships, Samantha is well placed to transfer her expertise into the property industry. Her enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to understand clients’ needs make her a valuable addition to the team. Samantha is working towards the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. 

Abbie Percival

Lettings Co-ordinator

Abbie joined the team in 2022 and demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for property! Abbie joined the team as a Lettings Co-ordinator and has proved to be invaluable in assisting tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy administration process.  Abbie has completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Aimee Mortimore

Sales & Lettings Administrative Assistant

Aimee joined the Sales & Lettings team as an administrative assistant following the completion of a modern languages degree. She provides invaluable support to our team, and has a budding passion for the property industry, with a particular interest in the fast paced lettings market.

 

Liam Waite

Senior Property Manager

Liam joined Pat Robson & Co. in 2024 as our Senior Property Manager, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in Property Management since joining the industry in 2015. Throughout his career, he has worked across many areas of the North East. Liam is known for his exceptionally high standards and his meticulous attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and even speaks German. He also holds the Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is a Member of ARLA.

Nicholas Langford

Senior Property Management Co-ordinator

Nick went to University and completed a Childhood Studies degree, followed by a PGCE in Childhood Teaching, however decided that a career in property was the chosen path for him. Nick joined Pat Robson & Co. having worked in the local area for a number of years managing client portfolios. He is a keen pianist and has qualified to Level 7. Nick has achieved the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

 

Bradley Roberts

Property Manager

Brad’s interest in buildings and property led him to study this further and achieve a 2:1 Bachelor Honours degree in Architecture at Northumbria University. Brad joined Pat Robson & Co’s Property Management department keen to use his knowledge of property within his portfolio. Brad is currently working toward the Level 3 award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Georgina Murray

Property Manager

Georgie studied Marine Zoology at Newcastle University and after graduating she pursued a career in teaching. However, property has always been a passion, so she swapped school for houses and hasn’t looked back since. An area of real interest to Georgie is keeping on top of the vast amounts of industry legislation, particularly the regulation of HMO’s. She is always looking to further her knowledge and makes sure she leaves no stone unturned. Georgie has completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Reece Brown

Property Manager

Reece has been working within Sales, Lettings and Property Management industry for many years, and joined Pat Robson & Co. back in 2023. Initially completing his Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship and then going on to work across all areas within the industry, Reece then found a career as a Property Manager. He has a meticulous eye for detail and his problem solving skills are perfectly suited to this department. He is a people person and enjoys building relationships with all clients and relishes a challenge! Reece is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Elicia Fraser

Property Management Co-ordinator

Elicia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in property administration to the Pat Robson team. With a keen eye for detail and an organised approach, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties and supporting both clients and tenants. Elicia is currently working toward the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
