Directors

Tim Nixon

Director

Tim founded the company with Pat Robson in 1999, and has over 35 years experience within the industry. He is our primary valuer and has an unrivalled knowledge of the Newcastle property market, what Tim doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing! Tim also turns his hand at property development in his spare time and has a serious eye for interior design. He is the ‘go-to’ guy for all property matters and is happy to advise both landlords, vendors and purchasers on their property requirements. Tim is a member of both ARLA and the NAEA.

Katherine MacGregor

Director

Katherine started her career at Pat Robson in 2011, having previously worked for a national Estate Agent, and following the completion of a law degree. She is now a Director, heads our Sales & Lettings department and is one of our Valuers. She is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 Technical awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Nick Clennell

Director

Nick started his career with Pat Robson & Company in 2010 after a successful career in the retail sector. He is one of our Directors and heads the Property Management department which he has grown to become what is widely known as one of the best in the area, and places a strong emphasis on customer service within Pat Robson & Company. Nick is a Fellow of ARLA having completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 Technical awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Phil Robson

Director

Phil joined Pat Robson & Co. in 2007 and since then has worked with Tim Nixon and the rest of the team to expand and develop the company to what it is today. His background in working for both national and international companies within other industries has given him a profound knowledge of what it takes to move businesses forward on an organisational level. Working endlessly behind the scenes, Phil continues to drive the company to achieve success and provide the highest service level to clients. He is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 Technical Awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Sales & Lettings

Charlotte Beck

Head of Sales and Lettings

Charlotte is our Head of Sales and Lettings, and joined the team in 2015 with a wealth of experience having worked for both a national estate agent and a more local agent previously. Charlotte is very much a ‘people person’ and ensures our busy branches run smoothly, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. She is a member of ARLA after completing the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property, and also holds a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management.

Tania Hayhurst

Branch Manager

Tania is the Branch Manager of our Gosforth office, and has been with Pat Robson for over 6 years, having originally started with us as a Negotiator. She has a keen eye for detail, is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in both Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Tom Porter-Collard

Sales Progressor

Tom is our Sales Progressor and has been part of the Pat Robson team since 2016, bringing vast experience in the North East Property Market, with a particular emphasis on Residential Sales. Tom is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in both Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Danielle McEntee

Senior Negotiator

Danielle is one of our Senior Negotiators and has a real skill for building relationships with clients. Having joined Pat Robson from University in 2012, she has built up a wealth of knowledge during her time with us. Danielle has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and is currently working toward this award in Residential Sales.

Charlotte Scott

Negotiator

Charlotte is a Negotiator within our Sales & Lettings team, and excels at finding the right property for our clients, whether this be to rent or to buy. She is currently working toward her Technical award in residential sales and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Amy Rodgers

Negotiator

Amy is one of our Negotiators, with a seriously positive attitude! She joined the team after finishing her university degree in 2018 and is proving to be a solid member of the team. She is currently working toward her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Kate Brown

Negotiator

With personal experience in buying, selling and renting properties, Kate joined the team to further her knowledge of the industry and has a good understanding of the tenant and buyer journey within the property sector. A Jesmond local, she is always keen to provide advice to those relocating to the Newcastle area. Kate is in the process of gaining her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Rebecca Douglass

Negotiator

Rebecca is one of our Sales and Lettings negotiators and has a real passion for property. Having personal and professional experience in purchasing and selling Rebecca has in depth knowledge to assist clients. Rebecca is working towards her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Kate Oldfield

Lettings Administrator

Kate is one of our Lettings Administrators, she is known for her calming presence in the office and takes everything in her stride. Kate handles the tenancy paperwork and referencing process for the lettings department and is currently working towards her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

 

 

Harriet Mayambala

Lettings Administrator

With previous experience in the industry Harriet joined our team in 2020 as a Lettings Administrator. Harriet is based from our City Centre office and has quickly become and integral part of the busy sales and lettings team. Harriet is working towards her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Abby Bell

Administrative Assistant

Abby is our Administrative Assistant and is based from our Jesmond office. Abby is ambitious and is keen to learn all aspects of the business to further her knowledge, she provides great support to the team. Abby’s aim is to become a successful negotiator and she is currently working towards a Level 3 standard in Business.

 

Property Team

Laura Young

Head of Property Management

Laura joined Pat Robson & Company in 2016 after gaining her First-Class Honours degree in Estate Management. Laura delivers exceptional customer service and prides herself on her efficient working practices. In the three years she has been with the company, Laura has quickly become a key member of the Property Management team. Laura is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. In October 2019, Laura was awarded the Propertymark Qualifications ‘Rising Star of the Year’ award. We are very proud that Laura has been recognised by our regulatory body.

Lorna Banner

Accounts Manager

Lorna has been with Pat Robson & Company since 2000 and is our Accounts Manager. She has an unrivalled knowledge of our landlord database, and is a serious problem solver. Lorna is extremely proactive in her role and ensures the Accounts are managed to a high standard.  Lorna has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Anthony O’Brien

Accounts Clerk

Anthony is our Accounts Clerk, having brought previous experience from a legal accounts background. He has high level of attention to detail, and leaves no stone unturned when dealing with accounts queries. Anthony is currently working toward the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Jacki Stanners

Property Manager

Jacki is our longest serving Property Manager. Having been with the company since 2003, she has an extensive knowledge of our property portfolio and really has ‘seen it all’ and her experience speaks for itself. Jacki is highly motivated and proactive in her role and is an integral part of the Property Management team.    

Brian Cosgrove

Property Manager

Brian joined Pat Robson & Company in 2017 having had a very successful career in the Armed Forces. His last role before leaving was to house Army personnel and he has successfully transferred the skills garnered in this position across to Property Management. Brian has exceptionally high standards and outstanding customer service is at the forefront of everything that he delivers. He is currently working towards the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Joanne Graham

Property Manager

Joanne joined the team in 2020 having worked in the private rental sector for over 10 years. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and is a fantastic addition to our team. Jo is very well experienced in all aspects of Property Management and has achieved the Level 3 award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Helen Brooke

Property Management Coordinator

Helen joined Pat Robson in 2018 and is familiar with both Sales and Lettings and Property Management as she has worked for both departments within the company. Her all-round knowledge is an asset when dealing with day to day property management enquiries, and she brings a calming presence to the office. Helen is currently working towards her Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Emma Flecknell

Property Management Coordinator

Emma joined Pat Robson in 2019 having worked for a large Housing Association previously. Customer service is at the heart of everything that she does and she prides herself on her efficiency, leaving no stone unturned when dealing with all property management queries. Emma is in the process of gaining her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Alix Savory

Administrative Assistant

Alix joined Pat Robson & Company in October 2019 following her ambition to have a long career in the property industry. Alix is very diligent and has a fantastic work ethic and has been a great support across all of our departments. Alix is currently working towards a standard in Property Management.

Amy Horsman

Administrative Assistant

Amy joined Pat Robson in 2020 and is looking to progress her career in the property industry. Amy provides support to our Property Management team and is working towards a Level 3 standard in Business.
