Directors

Tim Nixon

Director

Tim founded the company with Pat Robson in 1999, and has over 35 years experience within the industry. He is our primary valuer and has an unrivalled knowledge of the Newcastle property market, what Tim doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing! Tim also turns his hand at property development in his spare time and has a serious eye for interior design. He is the ‘go-to’ guy for all property matters and is happy to advise both landlords, vendors and purchasers on their property requirements. Tim is a member of both ARLA and the NAEA.

Katherine Turner

Director

Katherine started her career at Pat Robson in 2011, having previously worked for a national Estate Agent, and following the completion of a law degree. She is now a Director, heads our Sales & Lettings department and is one of our Valuers. She is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 Technical awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Nick Clennell

Director

Nick started his career with Pat Robson & Company in 2010 after a successful career in the retail sector. He is one of our Directors and heads the Property Management department which he has grown to become what is widely known as one of the best in the area, and places a strong emphasis on customer service within Pat Robson & Company. Nick is a Fellow of ARLA having completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 Technical awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Charlotte Beck

Branch Manager

Charlotte is the Branch Manager of our Jesmond office, and joined the team in 2015 with a wealth of experience having worked for both a national estate agent and a more local agent previously. Charlotte is very much a ‘people person’ and ensures our busy Jesmond branch runs smoothly. She is a member of ARLA after completing the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Tom Porter-Collard

Branch Manager

Tom leads our City Centre Branch at the Haymarket Hub, and has done since 2016, bringing vast experience in the North East Property Market, with a particular emphasis on Residential Sales. Tom is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in both Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Tania Hayhurst

Branch Manager

Tania is the Branch Manager of our Gosforth office, and has been with Pat Robson for over 6 years, having originally started with us as a Negotiator. She has a keen eye for detail, is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in both Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Maura O’Connor

Senior Negotiator

Maura is one of our Senior Negotiators and has a keen interest in Residential Sales in particular. She has been part of the Pat Robson team since 2014, and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in both Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Danielle McEntee

Senior Negotiator

Danielle is one of our Senior Negotiators and has a real skill for building relationships with clients. Having joined Pat Robson from University in 2012, she has built up a wealth of knowledge during her time with us. Danielle has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and is currently working toward this award in Residential Sales.

Charlotte Scott

Negotiator

Charlotte is a Negotiator within our Sales & Lettings team, and excels at finding the right property for our clients, whether this be to rent or to buy. She is currently working toward her Technical award in residential sales and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Amy Rodgers

Junior Negotiator

Amy is one of our Junior Negotiators, with a seriously positive attitude! She joined the team after finishing her university degree in 2018 and is proving to be a solid member of the team. She is currently working toward her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Jess Nelson

Junior Negotiator

Jess is one of our Junior Negotiators, and has a knack for working out any issues that arise with the lettings process. She is particularly interested in the student lettings side of the company and enjoys the fast paced nature of this. Jess is currently working toward her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Sarah Myers

Junior Negotiator

Sarah is one of our Junior Negotiators and is known for her calming presence in the office, she takes everything in her stride and is particularly interested in Residential Sales. She is currently working toward her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Helen Brooke

Junior Negotiator

Helen is the newest addition to our established Sales & Lettings team. She joined us with little experience of the industry, but has quickly caught up, furthering her knowledge as she works toward her Level 3 Technical award in residential lettings and property management.

Lorna Banner

Accounts Manager

Lorna has been with Pat Robson & Company since 2000 and is our Accounts Manager. She has an unrivalled knowledge of our landlord database, and is a serious problem solver. Lorna is extremely proactive in her role and ensures the Accounts are managed to a high standard.  Lorna has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Anthony O’Brien

Accounts Clerk

Anthony is our Accounts Clerk, having brought previous experience from a legal accounts background. He has high level of attention to detail, and leaves no stone unturned when dealing with accounts queries. Anthony is currently working toward the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Amy Robson

Administrative Assistant

Amy is our administrative assistant, and has experience with administrative duties in both Sales and Lettings, and Property Management. Amy joined us in 2017 and quickly became a firm member of the team.

Paula Anderson

Senior Property Manager

Paula is a Senior Property Manager and joined the company in 2016. Having worked for both a national block management company and a local agent previously she has 10 years of in-depth experience in property management and she excels in delivering excellent customer service. She is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Chris MacGregor

Senior Property Manager

Chris is one of our Senior Property Manager’s and has been with Pat Robson & Company since 2014. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge having worked in the industry for many years. He has a keen eye for detail and strives to ensure that the portfolio is maintained to a very high standard. He is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Laura Young

Senior Property Manager

Laura joined Pat Robson & Company in 2016 after gaining her First-Class Honours degree in Estate Management. Laura delivers exceptional customer service and prides herself on her efficient working practices. In the three years she has been with the Company, Laura has quickly become a key member of the Property Management team. Laura is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Jacki Stanners

Property Manager

Jacki is our longest serving Property Manager. Having been with the company since 2003, she has an extensive knowledge of our property portfolio and really has ‘seen it all’ and her experience speaks for itself. Jacki is highly motivated and proactive in her role and is an integral part of the Property Management team.    

Brian Cosgrove

Property Manager

Brian joined Pat Robson & Company in 2017 having had a very successful career in the Armed Forces. His last role before leaving was to house Army personnel and he has successfully transferred the skills garnered in this position across to Property Management. Brian has exceptionally high standards and outstanding customer service is at the forefront of everything that he delivers. He is currently working towards the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Shannon McGuinness

Property Manager

Shannon joined the Property Management department in 2018 following 12 months within the Pat Robson & Company Sales and Lettings team. Having experienced different roles within the Company Shannon brings a different dimension to the team. Her enthusiasm for the role is infectious and is very keen to continue to progress within the company. Shannon has completed the Level 3 Technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
