Directors

Tim Nixon

Director

Tim founded the company with Pat Robson in 1999, and has over 35 years experience within the industry. He is our primary valuer and has an unrivalled knowledge of the Newcastle property market, what Tim doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing! Tim also turns his hand at property development in his spare time and has a serious eye for interior design. He is the ‘go-to’ guy for all property matters and is happy to advise both landlords, vendors and purchasers on their property requirements. Tim is a member of both ARLA and the NAEA.

Katherine MacGregor

Director

Katherine started her career at Pat Robson in 2011, having previously worked for a national Estate Agent, and following the completion of a law degree. She is now a Director and has helped develop our Sales & Lettings department to become the market leader in the area. Katherine is also one of our Valuers. She is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Nick Clennell

Director

Nick started his journey with Pat Robson & Company in 2010 after a successful career in the retail sector. He has been instrumental in the development of the Property Management department which he has grown to become what is widely known as one of the best in the area, and places a strong emphasis on customer service within Pat Robson & Company. He now oversees all aspects of the day to day running of the business. Nick is a Fellow of ARLA having completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Phil Robson

Director

Phil joined Pat Robson & Co. in 2007 and since then has worked with Tim Nixon and the rest of the team to expand and develop the company to what it is today. His background in working for both national and international companies within other industries has given him a profound knowledge of what it takes to move businesses forward on an organisational level. Working endlessly behind the scenes, Phil continues to drive the company to achieve success and provide the highest service level to clients. He is a Fellow of ARLA and has completed both the Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Management Team

Charlotte Reay

Head of Sales and Lettings

Charlotte is our Head of Sales and Lettings, and joined the team in 2015 with a wealth of experience having worked for both a national estate agent and a more local agent previously. Charlotte is very much a ‘people person’ and ensures our busy branches run smoothly, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. She is a member of ARLA and completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and also holds a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management.

 

 

Laura Young

Head of Property Management

Laura joined Pat Robson & Company in 2016 after gaining her First-Class Honours degree in Estate Management. Laura delivers exceptional customer service and prides herself on her efficient working practices. In the five years she has been with the company, Laura has quickly become a key member of the Property Management team. Laura is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. In October 2019, Laura was awarded the Propertymark Qualifications ‘Rising Star of the Year’ award. We are very proud that Laura has been recognised by our regulatory body.

Tania Hayhurst

Lettings Manager

Tania is our Lettings Manager across all of our offices. Tania has been with Pat Robson for over 8 years, having originally started with us as a Negotiator after graduating from Northumbria University with a degree in Media and Journalism. She has a keen eye for detail and provides excellent customer service. Tania is a member of ARLA and has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Danielle McEntee

Assistant Manager

Danielle is our Assistant Manager and has a real skill for building relationships with clients. Having joined Pat Robson from University in 2012, she has built up a wealth of knowledge during her time with us. Danielle has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and is currently working towards the Residential Sales qualification.

Hannah Allport

Marketing Manager

Hannah is our Marketing Manager and oversees all our marketing campaigns, social media sites and paired business partnerships. Hannah joined the team in 2022 having achieved an Honours degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion, then gaining valuable experience working for a large furniture company. She has an excellent eye for detail and is always looking for new opportunities to support the growth of the business.

John Healy

Lettings Consultant

John joined the team following a merger with Ashburton Lettings in 2022. Having worked in the property industry since 2005 in lettings and sales, including running his own business, customer service and putting customers at ease is at the heart of what he does. John has excellent knowledge of the local property market, particularly the Jesmond and Gosforth lettings market and spends any spare time he has renovating his latest project.

Jamie Adams

Lettings Consultant

After achieving a degree in Estate Management, and running his own lettings agency for 11 years, Jamie has brought his wealth of experience to Pat Robson and is a fantastic point of contact for our landlords. His knowledge of all aspects of the lettings process including accounts, property management and marketing is invaluable to our team. Jamie enjoys helping clients find suitable investment properties, and prides himself on the personal service he provides.

Kate Brown

Negotiator

With personal experience in buying, selling and renting properties, Kate joined the team to further her knowledge of the industry and has an excellent understanding of the tenant and buyer journey within the property sector. A Jesmond local, she is always keen to provide advice to those relocating to the Newcastle area. Kate has completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Rebecca Douglass

Negotiator

Rebecca is one of our Sales and Lettings negotiators and has a real passion for property. Having personal and professional experience in purchasing and selling Rebecca has in depth knowledge to assist clients. Rebecca has a first class degree in Business Management from Newcastle University and has completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Carla Downey

Negotiator

Carla joined the team in 2021 as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. Carla graduated from Northumbria University and has a masters in International Marketing. She has a fantastic attitude and is very much a people person. Carla has completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Victoria Hartley

Lettings Administrator

Victoria works alongside Caitlin and Abbie in our busy lettings department. Victoria had experience in the industry before she graduated from the University of Chester with a BA Hons degree in Early Childhood studies. Victoria is working towards her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Faith Gilroy

Lettings Administrator

Faith joined the team in 2021 and is looking to further her career in the property industry. Faith provides support to our Sales and Lettings Department and quickly became an integral part of the team while working towards being professionally qualified.

Caitlin Adcock

Lettings Administrator

Caitlin recently joined the team having joined us after graduating from the University of Teeside with a BSc Hons in Crime Scene Science. Caitlin is incredibly diligent and is enjoying assisting tenants throughout the referencing and paperwork part of their journey with us. Caitlin is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Abbie Percival

Lettings Administrator

Having recently joined the team Abbie has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for property! Abbie joined the team as a Lettings Administrator working alongside Caitlin and Victoria in our City Centre office. Abbie is currently working towards hers Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Ellen Robinson

Lettings Administrator

Ellen joined the team recently as a Summer placement while studying Law at Newcastle University. Ellen very quickly adapted to the fast pace of the Sales and Lettings department and is one of the first people you will speak to when commencing your property search.

Photographer

Doug provides the professional photography for the properties that we market. He is very much a member of the team and always brings a great energy to our offices. Having discovered his passion for photography over 16 years ago, Doug enjoys capturing the ‘soul’ of the subject of his photos. When he is not behind the lens, he is out and about exploring the North East!

Lorna Banner

Senior Account Manager

Lorna has been with Pat Robson & Company since 2000 and is our Senior Account Manager. Having been with us since the beginning she has an unrivalled knowledge of our landlord database, and is a serious problem solver.  She is extremely proactive in her role and ensures the Client Accounts are managed to a very high standard.  Lorna has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Anthony O’Brien

Account Manager

Anthony is our Account Manager, having brought a wealth of experience from his previous role working for a legal accounts firm and has been with the company for over four years. He has high level of attention to detail, and leaves no stone unturned when dealing with accounts queries. Anthony has completed the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Brian Cosgrove

Senior Property Manager

Brian joined Pat Robson & Company in 2017 having had a very successful career in the Armed Forces. His last role before joining the company was to house Army personnel and he has successfully transferred the skills garnered in this position across to Property Management. Brian has exceptionally high standards and an outstanding eye for detail. Brian has gained the Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Emma Flecknell

Senior Property Management Co-ordinator

Emma joined Pat Robson in 2019 having worked for a large Housing Association previously. Customer service is at the heart of everything that she does and she prides herself on her efficiency, leaving no stone unturned when dealing with all property management queries. Emma has achieved her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Rachel Mills

Property Manager

With over 10 years industry experience, our Property Manager Rachel is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Property Management. She prides herself on her ‘can do’ attitude and the excellent customer service she provides to our clients. Rachel has gained her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

 

 

Ryan Morris

Property Manager

After finishing University, Ryan has followed a career in property and is interested in all aspects of Property Management. He is particularly keen on HMO’s and the complex regulations that are associated with these. Ryan’s knowledge and experience is welcomed in the department and he strives to always offer a very high level of service to our clients. He is working toward the Level 3 technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management

Lauren Attle

Property Manager

Lauren has 10 years Property Management experience and is well-versed with managing student and professional tenancies. Lauren enjoys inspecting properties and ensuring that all tenancy changeovers go as smoothly as possible. She has a keen eye for detail and revels in the quick day to day pace of Property Management. Lauren has completed the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Rose Cardwell

Property Manager

Following completion of her degree in Real Estate and Property Management, Rose joined Pat Robson & Co to fulfil her ambition of a career in property, specifically within Property Management. Rose has always had an interest in the residential sector, studying this particular area of property in detail at University. Having lived in both student and professional properties, she understands what is expected when providing an excellent service to our Landlords and Tenants at all times. Rose is currently working toward the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Lily Liptrot

Property Management Co-ordinator

Lily graduated with a 2:1 in Classical Studies with English Literature at Newcastle University. She has always had a very keen interest in property and really enjoys the customer service and problem solving elements of our Property Management Co-ordinator role. Lily is currently studying toward the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Dan West

Property Management Administrator

Keen to gain experience in the property industry, Dan has joined us in a Summer Placement position supporting the Property Management team during the Summer of 2022. Dan is currently studying Physics with Astrophysics at Northumbria University and is keen to understand the finer details of Property Management. Dan is heavily involved with assisting in the student changeover season and providing support with various administrational duties.
