Most of the student properties we let are managed by ourselves so you can be reassured that you have an agent who is a member of ARLA and the NAEA to call upon if you have a problem.
 
Unique Properties
We deal with properties all over Newcastle but most of our 300+ student properties are in Jesmond, Sandyford and Heaton. Each year from November onwards we advertise our properties for the following Academic year (register with us).

Dedicated Student Department
We value our student tenants so highly we have a dedicated student department who understand your needs and are fully focused on meeting your needs.

Evening, Weekend & Group Viewings
Our offices offer viewings until 6.30pm on weeknights and 9am until 1pm on weekends. We can also cater for large groups so all tenants can be present to make that important decision!

High Safety Standards
Our managed properties comply with all necessary safety legislation and are inspected on a quarterly basis to ensure they meet the highest standards.
